Refund & Returns Policy

At Mustang Design & Apparel (“we,” “our,” “us”), we take pride in providing high-quality custom apparel and products. Because many of our items are custom-made to order, certain restrictions apply to refunds and returns.
1. Eligibility for Returns

Custom Orders: All sales of customized or personalized items (e.g., printed, embroidered, or otherwise decorated apparel) are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded, unless the item is defective or incorrect due to our error.

Non-Custom Orders: Standard (non-custom) items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused, unworn, and in their original condition with tags attached.
2. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective item or an order that does not match what you purchased, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@mustangcustom.com with your order number and photos of the issue.

We will either replace the item at no additional cost or issue a refund at our discretion.
3. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item (if applicable).

Shipping fees are non-refundable, except where the return is due to our error.
4. Exchanges

Exchanges are only offered for defective or incorrect items.

For size or style changes on custom orders, new items must be purchased as a separate order.
5. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
6. Final Sale Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

Gift cards

Clearance or sale items

Custom or personalized products (except in cases of defect or error on our part)
