Shipping Policy

At Mustang Design & Apparel (“we,” “our,” “us”), we work hard to ensure your order is processed and shipped as quickly as possible. While we do everything we can to prepare and hand off your package promptly, once it is with the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside of our control.

1. Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 2 Days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is received.

  • Custom or bulk orders may require additional processing time; customers will be notified if any delay is expected.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery

  • We use trusted third-party carriers (e.g., Canada Post, UPS, FedEx, or similar) for shipping.

  • Estimated delivery times provided at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

  • Delays caused by the carrier, weather, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control are not the responsibility of Mustang Design & Apparel.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are based on package weight, dimensions, and destination.

  • Customers are responsible for any applicable duties, taxes, or customs fees for international orders.

4. Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number (if available).

  • Tracking information is provided by the carrier and may take up to 24–48 hours to update.

5. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

  • We are not liable for packages that are lost, delayed, or damaged once in the possession of the shipping carrier.

  • If your order is delayed or lost, we will work with the carrier to assist in resolving the issue, but we cannot guarantee compensation or replacement until the carrier has completed its investigation.

  • Customers should report damaged or missing items within 7 days of delivery to [Insert Contact Email].

6. Incorrect Addresses

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

  • We are not responsible for delays or misdeliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

7. Force Majeure

  • We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, or other unforeseen events.
